- Mason Prokop Added 2017-07-24★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The pair running these apartments are extremely dishonest and swindle people out of their damage deposits. They had people moved into my apartment when my lease was still current. Anyone that has rated these apartments 'five stars' are either fake profiles or people that the owner knows in Vancouver and rated the building in bad faith. These reviews have all been reported as a 'conflict of interest'.
